In honor of this historical moment, we have created the magnificent, 1" scale, unfinished, Chateau de Champlain dollhouse kit. The unique, pre-assembled wooden windows and shutters, as well as the gorgeous, recessed wooden front door give this dollhouse it's own French Chateau look and feel. Up to 9 large rooms to decorate and many options for customizing.

One divider is in two parts to maximize your customizing options (click on interior photo above to view much larger image and you can see what we're talking about). Add upgrade item #6800 to make full dividers with interior doors. You could also use these additional parts, along with the two-part divider to make a door opening in the center of the wall. So many options to create exactly the type of layout that works for you!

When ordering the RGTMM-JM33 Addition, you will need to purchase (2) #RGTWS-09 Federal Window & Shutter Set, to replace the windows that are included in this kit. Please note, you will need to enlarge your window opening to accommodate this style window. Here is a tutorial to show you how easy it can be to customize!
RGTP102 30 Inch Gingerbread Porch and RGTP708 31 Inch Gazebo Wraparound Porch will work with this dollhouse but you will need to customize and cut down the foundation to match the dollhouse itself.
