The distinctive roof shelters an unrestricted interior space--add your own partitions, a loft, a ladder....or nothing at all! Origin of Style: Cottage Kit Style: Rear Opening Exterior Walls: Smooth Plywood (MDF) Measures: 24"W x 16 3/4"H x 14 1/2"D Rooms: 1 This unfinished kit by Houseworks is designed for versatility! Classic Features Include: Sturdy 1/4 - 3/8" MDF construction with MDF foundation MDF steps and wooden porch posts and trim Also available with components, milled in siding and a loft ladder. Main floor room is approximately 11-1/4" square and the floor to ceiling height is 9". The peak of the attic from the attic floor is 6-1/2"H (usable space is approximately 5-1/2"H). Upper window opening is 2-9/16" square Downstairs window openings are 2-9/16"W x 5-1/16"H Door opening is 3-1/16"W x 7-9/16"H Stair opening to loft is 2-1/4" square Note: Not included are the shingles, windows, door, and the railing shown  in photos.
